The popular TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is once again making headlines, this time not just for its storyline, but because of a cast change. Actress Vaibhavi Hankare, who played the role of Tejaswini, has now exited the show—just three months after joining.

Vaibhavi joined the show at the end of January when the story moved on from previous leads Bhavika Sharma and Hitesh Bharadwaj. But by April, her journey came to an end. She recently took to social media to share an emotional goodbye with fans and co-stars.

In her heartfelt post, Vaibhavi shared 20 pictures with her fellow actors and wrote a long thank-you note. She said, “I will always cherish the love and support you all gave me in just 3 months.” She added that she gave her full effort and was grateful that people noticed and appreciated it.

She also thanked her co-stars Sanam Johar, Param Singh, and Sai Deodhar for always being there for her. Vaibhavi shared a touching moment, saying that when the cast found out about her exit, the three of them shared a silent hug as tears rolled down their cheeks.

Why Did She Leave the Show?

Fans were surprised by Vaibhavi’s sudden exit, especially because viewers had started loving the on-screen chemistry between her and Param Singh, who played Neil. However, even with an engaging storyline, the show’s TRP ratings had dropped.

To try and bring the ratings back up, the makers decided to bring a big twist to the story. Actress Bhavika Sharma is being reintroduced to the show as a lead opposite Param Singh. Bhavika previously played the role of Savi, which had wrapped up before Param and Vaibhavi joined. Now, her character is returning with a new plot.

What’s the New Storyline?

In the upcoming episodes, Savi’s husband Rajat and Neil’s wife Tejaswini (played by Vaibhavi) die in a tragic accident. Savi comes back to find out the truth behind their deaths. During this time, the show will explore a new bond forming between Savi and Neil, as they both try to heal from their losses.

The new phase of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin will now feature Bhavika Sharma, Param Singh, and Sanam Johar in the lead roles. The twist-filled story begins tonight at 7:10 PM.
