The latest promo promises a night filled with laughter and fun moments. One highlight of the episode is Govinda’s hilarious story about his co-star Shilpa Shetty’s reaction to his recent accident.
Shilpa’s Witty Remark
During the show, Govinda shared that Shilpa Shetty visited him in the hospital after his gunshot injury. He recalled, “Kapil, when Shilpa came to see me, the first thing she asked was, ‘Chi Chi! How did this happen? Where was Sunita (Govinda’s wife)?’” Govinda explained that Sunita was at a temple. Shilpa then jokingly said, “Toh goli kisne maari? (Then who shot you?)” Her comment left everyone, including Kapil Sharma and Archana Puran Singh, laughing uncontrollably.
The Accident
For those unaware, Govinda accidentally shot himself in October while handling a loaded revolver. He was putting it away in a cupboard before heading to a shoot when the gun slipped and fired, hitting his left leg. He had to undergo surgery but has since recovered.
