Govinda’s Wife Sunita Ahuja Says It’s Not Easy for Son Yashvardhan to Carry His Father’s Legacy: ‘He’s Not Walking In Blind’
Bollywood star Govinda’s son, Yashvardhan Ahuja, is getting ready to enter the film industry. But his mother, Sunita Ahuja, says it’s not going to be easy for him to carry such a big legacy. In a recent interview, she opened up about Yashvardhan’s journey and how he’s preparing for his debut.
Sunita Ahuja Talks About Her Son’s Debut
Speaking to Times Now, Sunita said that being Govinda’s son comes with a lot of pressure and expectations. She has been praying for her son to do well in the film industry and hopes that he gets love, success, and stays humble. She also wishes he is kept safe from any negativity.
Even though Yash comes from a film family, Sunita explained that he has taken time to learn about the film world by working behind the scenes. He has worked as an assistant director in films like Dishoom and Baaghi, which helped him understand how the industry works.
Not Taking Shortcuts
Sunita said that Yashvardhan is not rushing into acting and is taking his time to build his own identity. She made it clear that although he is Govinda’s son, he is not blindly stepping into Bollywood. He has learned a lot and is now ready to take the next step.
Yashvardhan’s First Film
Yashvardhan will soon be seen in a film directed by National Award-winning director Sai Rajesh. The filmmaker is known for hit Telugu movies like Colour Photo, Hrudaya Kaleyam, and Baby. Reports also say that Babil Khan, the son of late actor Irrfan Khan, will star alongside Yash in this project.
Govinda’s Advice to His Son
In an earlier conversation, Yashvardhan shared a valuable piece of advice his father gave him. Govinda told him to never use bad language in films, reminding him that he never used such words in his own career. Govinda also advised Yash to make his own name instead of taking shortcuts.
