Hina Khan Heads to Hospital After Walking the Ramp, Battling Stage 3 Breast Cancer
Hina Khan, who is fighting stage 3 breast cancer, recently appeared at the Ahmedabad Times Fashion Week 2024, dressed as a bride. Despite undergoing treatment, she fulfilled her professional commitments before heading back to the hospital. She shared a picture from her hospital bed on Instagram, showing her hand under a brown blanket, with the caption, “That time of the month, back to the grind, dua.”
On September 16, Hina graced the stage wearing a stunning red lehenga, smiling beautifully and hiding her pain. She posted a video of herself getting ready for the event, with her makeup and hair being done by her stylist while she chatted with the crew. Draped in an embroidered red saree and traditional jewelry, she greeted the audience with a namaste, blew kisses, and thanked everyone for attending.
Hina also shared a video from the event on Instagram. In the video, she can be seen calmly sitting while her stylists prepare her for the show. Once ready, she walks onto the stage, greeting the audience and thanking them with a smile.
In her emotional caption, Hina reflected on her father’s advice: “My father always used to say, ‘Hey Daddy’s strong girl, don’t be a crybaby, never complain about your problems (Only Gratitude), take control of your life, stand tall, and deal with it.’ So I stopped worrying about the outcome and focused on what I could control. The rest, I leave to Allah. He sees your efforts, hears your prayers, and knows your heart.” She added, “This wasn’t easy, but I kept telling myself, keep going, Hina. DON’T EVER STOP.”
In June, Hina revealed to the world that she had been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Despite the challenges, she continues to push forward with strength and grace.
