Hina, who was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in June 2024, has been bravely fighting her illness. On January 25, Hina posted a series of touching photos that captured their journey together. The photos show Rocky’s unwavering care for her—massaging her legs with oil, helping with cold compresses, tying her heels as she got dressed, and moments from their fun adventures like scuba diving.

Alongside the photos, Hina wrote a heartfelt note for Rocky, calling him the “best human” she knows. She shared how he went above and beyond for her, even shaving his head to match hers during her treatment. Rocky only started growing his hair back when hers began to grow again.
Hina described his selflessness and dedication, saying he stood by her through every difficult moment, always ensuring she felt supported and loved.
A Bond Strengthened by Hardships
The couple has faced many challenges together, including losing their fathers during the pandemic. Despite the hardships, they have always leaned on each other. Hina shared how Rocky stayed by her side during her health struggles, wearing three masks during the pandemic to protect her.
Through her cancer treatment, including chemotherapy, PET scans, and radiation therapy, Rocky has been her guiding light. Hina said, “You have created a field of impenetrable protection around me.”

Hina reflected on how Rocky’s love has taught her to love herself. She called him the best thing that has ever happened to her and thanked him for being her strength during impossible times.
In her post, she wrote, “I wish such a blessing of a man is in every woman’s life.” She called him “God’s blessing” and promised to cherish their moments of laughter and tears forever.
