EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Jiya Shankar Reacts to Salman Khan’s Comment About Her Relationships in Bigg Boss OTT 2
Jiya Shankar, who became well-known for her time on the reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2, recently shared her thoughts on a comment made by Salman Khan. The popular actress was featured in the sixth segment of “Behind the Success,” where she talked openly about her journey in the entertainment world. During her chat with Pinkvilla, Jiya responded to Salman Khan’s remark about her relationships while she was in the Bigg Boss house.
When asked about her love life and Salman Khan’s comment that “Jiya always gets betrayed in relationships,” Jiya said, “That was actually a beautiful thing he said. And the surprising part is, I didn’t even know that about myself. That’s something I learned about myself in that house.”
She continued, “What I’ve realized is that I can’t let go of someone easily. I keep trying, and I make efforts until I feel completely empty, until there’s nothing left in me. I keep trying until that point. I’ve discovered that I don’t give up easily.”
Jiya Shankar started her acting career in the Telugu movie Entha Andanga Unnave with Ajay Manthena and later appeared in the Tamil film Kanavu Variyam. She moved into television with the show Love by Chance, acting opposite Karan Singhmar, and has since appeared in many TV shows like Laal Ishq and Pishachini.
Jiya also acted in the web series Virgin Bhasskar. She is best known for her role as Sushila in Kaatelal & Sons and became even more popular in the Marathi film industry with her role in the romantic thriller Ved, which starred Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza.
