Coldplay’s Interest in the Show
Coldplay, who recently performed back-to-back concerts in India, has a huge fan base in the country. At the event, Kapil shared that the band had actually sent them an email, asking to be on the show.
Kapil humorously said:
“We told the makers to keep the set ready all year! You won’t believe it, but while people were buying tickets for Coldplay’s concert, the band was emailing us, saying they wanted to come on our show instead. I told them, ‘You should have come! But our show isn’t running right now.’ So, I request Netflix—please keep the show going!”
Kapil’s Fun Comment About Sunil Grover
When Maniesh Paul asked what fans can expect in Season 3, Kapil made a joke about his past fights with Sunil Grover. He said:
“Season 3 is a big deal for the audience, but for us, it’s just another episode. We are used to doing 200-episode serials! And even then, we don’t stop until we’ve had our own fights.”
