Kapil Sharma, Remo D’Souza, and Sugandha Mishra have reportedly received death threats through email, sparking concern among their fans. Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav is also said to be among the targets. According to reports, the threatening emails are suspected to have originated from Pakistan.

Mumbai Police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) based on complaints from Kapil Sharma and Rajpal Yadav. For Sugandha Mishra’s case, a non-cognizable offense has been recorded, while Remo D’Souza has alerted authorities about a similar email he received.
Details of the Threat
On December 14, comedian Kapil Sharma received an email signed by someone using the name “BISHNU.” The sender warned him to take the message seriously and threatened severe consequences if he failed to respond within eight hours. The email stated:
“We are monitoring your recent activities and believe it is important to bring a sensitive matter to your attention. This is not a publicity stunt or harassment; we urge you to take this message seriously and maintain confidentiality.”
The authorities are investigating the matter, and Amboli Police Station has taken action under Section 351(3) of the Bombay Police Act. Reports suggest Kapil Sharma and his family will be provided with security to ensure their safety.
