Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 is keeping viewers hooked with its thrilling stunts, but in today’s (August 24) episode, Shalin Bhanot didn’t perform as expected, which left host Rohit Shetty disappointed. Here’s what happened.
During Shalin’s turn to perform a stunt, Rohit Shetty noticed that Shalin didn’t seem focused. While the other contestants shouted instructions to help him, Shalin continued doing the stunt his own way. He didn’t stand in the correct position and missed standing on the crane for the final part of the stunt. Even though he completed it in 10 minutes, it wasn’t up to the mark.
When Shalin came down and noticed everyone’s silence, he asked why they were so quiet. Rohit Shetty responded with, “Very bad!” and asked Shalin what went wrong. Shalin claimed that he had completed the stunt, but Rohit pointed out that he didn’t stand on the mark to avoid getting slimed. Shalin insisted that he did, but Rohit reminded him that the cameras showed otherwise.
Rohit also noted that Shalin didn’t follow the instructions properly. Other contestants agreed, confirming that Shalin had not done the stunt correctly.
Rohit then said, “This is your stunt, bro. What about me? I’ll still be here next year. The audience gives us a lot of love. There are many people like me and many actors like you out there.”
Shalin later apologized to Rohit. After Shalin, Niyati Fatnani performed the same task, completing it in less time and following all the instructions.
