Kuberaa: Dhanush and Nagarjuna Akkineni’s Film to Release Second Song on THIS Date
The team behind Kuberaa, starring Dhanush and Nagarjuna Akkineni, has exciting news for fans! The second song from the movie, titled “Trance of Kuberaa,” will be released on May 25, 2025.

The makers announced the release date of the second single with a new poster on social media. Along with the announcement, they wrote:
“Deva will swoon your hearts in #TranceOfKuberaa on May 25th. #Kuberaa In Cinemas 20th June, 2025.”
🎬 About Kuberaa
Kuberaa is a social thriller directed by Sekhar Kammula, with Dhanush and Nagarjuna playing the lead roles. The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Jim Sarbh, and Dalip Tahil in important roles.
The film is being shot in three languages — Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi — and is set to release in theatres on June 20, 2025. There were earlier rumours about the release being postponed, but the makers have now confirmed that the original date stands.
Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music, while Niketh Bommireddy and Karthika Srinivas are in charge of cinematography and editing.
🔥 Dhanush’s Busy Schedule
Apart from Kuberaa, Dhanush recently made headlines after it was confirmed that he will play APJ Abdul Kalam in his biopic titled Kalam, which will be directed by Om Raut.
He’s also working on his next directorial venture, Idly Kadai, a drama in which he also plays the lead. The movie features Nithya Menen, Arun Vijay, and Rajkiran in key roles. Originally planned for an April 10 release, it’s now set to hit theatres on October 1, 2025.
Dhanush is also part of other upcoming projects like Tere Ishk Mein, and has signed films with directors Rajkumar Periasamy and Mari Selvaraj.
