As we celebrate Holika Dahan today, Pranali opened up about what Holi means to her and her plans for celebrating on set.

“For me, Holi is all about vibrant colors, music, and energy. It’s a festival that brings people together and creates moments of happiness. This year, we are also going to have a special Holi sequence in Kumkum Bhagya. I’m really looking forward to shooting this festive scene. I wish all my fans a safe and colorful Holi!”
Kumkum Bhagya: A decade of success
Kumkum Bhagya first aired in 2014 and has been entertaining viewers ever since. The show initially starred Shabir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha in the lead roles. Over the years, it has gone through several leaps and cast changes, bringing in fresh faces to keep the story exciting.
Produced by Ekta Kapoor, the show has been running for over 10 years and still remains one of the top 10 TRP shows on television.
Pranali Rathod’s journey in TV
Pranali became a household name after playing the lead role in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She starred opposite Harshad Chopda, who played Abhimanyu Birla. Her performance in the show gained her massive popularity.
Currently, she is the lead actress in Kumkum Bhagya, where she stars opposite Akshay Dev Bindra. Before this, she also played the lead role in Durga – Atoot Prem Kahani.
