Humsafar Actress Mahira Khan Shares What She Learned from Raees Co-star Shah Rukh Khan, Showing He’s a Smart and Kind Person
Mahira Khan, who starred in “Humsafar,” is very active on social media. Recently, she shared something interesting when a fan asked her about what she learned from Shah Rukh Khan.
Pakistani actress Mahira Khan is known for her beauty and amazing acting skills. She recently interacted with her fans on X (which used to be called Twitter). During the session, she answered questions about her favorite actresses and her future projects. But one answer really stood out. A fan asked her, “What did you learn from SRK while working on Raees?”
Mahira replied, “‘Give happiness a chance, baby’ :)”

In another interview, Mahira talked about her first meeting with Shah Rukh Khan on the set of Raees. She said, “The first time I met him, I just walked up to him and said, ‘Hello.’ He replied with ‘as-salamu alaykum.’ How could I not say as-salamu alaykum? That’s something special to me since I’m from Pakistan.” She also called Shah Rukh a ‘giving actor’ and mentioned that he doesn’t just focus on his own role. He genuinely cares about every person who appears on screen.
Mahira also shared a cute memory about her mother. When she told her mom she’d be working with Shah Rukh Khan, her mom didn’t believe it at first. But once she found out it was true, she simply told Mahira, “Don’t do anything bad.”
For those who don’t know, Mahira is currently making headlines because her film “The Legend of Maula Jatt” is set to release in India on October 2, 2024. However, the release is facing some resistance from political parties in India. The movie also features Fawad Khan, known for shows like “Humsafar,” “Zindagi Gulzar Hai,” and “Dastaan.” There has been a ban on Pakistani artists working in India since 2016, following the Uri terror attack.
