Bismil premiered on August 23 and has already won over viewers with its dramatic storyline and interesting characters. With just two episodes released, the show is quickly becoming popular. Recently, a new promo was released, hinting at even more drama and excitement ahead.
In the latest promo, we see Masooma, driven by her desire to become wealthy, taking bold actions like showing up at Moosa’s office without warning. However, things don’t go as planned when Moosa questions her professionalism, leaving Masooma upset and frustrated.
The promo starts with Moosa’s father saying, “If you have just one child who loves you deeply, it feels like you’ve found heaven on earth.” Meanwhile, Masooma’s mother reminds her of how she was raised like a princess. Masooma, however, points out the difference between being treated like a princess and actually being one.
The scene then shows Masooma entering Moosa’s office without permission. Moosa calmly tells her, “Ms. Masooma, I know you’ve had a good education, but this isn’t the right way to enter a room.” Hurt by his comment, Masooma returns home in tears, frustrated with how the rich treat others. Her mother suggests she marry Zohaib (Zubi) and settle down, but Masooma angrily rejects the idea, refusing to move from one poor situation to another.
In the first episode of Bismil, we meet Masooma, an ambitious woman determined to achieve her dreams, no matter the cost. Knowing her father can’t say no to her, she asks for his car to attend a party. Meanwhile, Moosa, the only child of his parents, rushes home on his birthday but has to leave quickly to visit a friend who’s been in an accident. In his hurry, Moosa accidentally hits Masooma’s father with his car, causing Masooma to miss her party as she rushes to the hospital.
Moosa, panicked, leaves the scene and later tells his parents about the accident. He and his mother visit Masooma’s father in the hospital, promising to cover his medical expenses. Sadly, tests reveal that Masooma’s father will never walk again. Seeing an opportunity, Masooma contacts Moosa and asks if he has a job for her in his office.
