Who is Srikanth Bolla? Meet the New Judge on Shark Tank India 4
Srikanth Bolla, a well-known entrepreneur and philanthropist, has joined the judging panel of Shark Tank India Season 4. His inspiring journey has even been made into a Bollywood film starring Rajkummar Rao.
Who is Srikanth Bolla?
Born on July 7, 1991, in Seetharamapuram, Andhra Pradesh, Srikanth Bolla comes from a Telugu farming family. His parents had no formal education, but that didn’t stop him from achieving great things. He became the first visually impaired student to study Management Science at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Srikanth is the CEO, Co-founder, and Chairman of Bollant Industries Private Limited, a company he started in 2012 with Ravi Mantha. Today, Bollant Industries employs over 500 people and has an annual turnover of over $150 million USD.
Apart from business, Srikanth has also excelled in national-level blind cricket, international chess, baseball, and swimming.
His Personal Life
Srikanth married Veera Swathi in 2022, after being together for almost 10 years. In 2024, they welcomed their daughter, Nayana.

Srikanth announced his TV debut as a Shark on Shark Tank India 4 through an Instagram post. He shared a picture with Namita Thapar, Aman Gupta, Anupam Mittal, and other judges. In his caption, he wrote:
“To survive a pool of sharks, you need to become one yourself.”
He also reflected on his experience on the show, saying:
“Dreams aren’t just for thinkers—they’re for doers! Meeting all these brilliant entrepreneurs and hearing their pitches was truly inspiring. I could smell innovation in the air!”
His Thoughts on Entrepreneurship
Srikanth believes Shark Tank India is playing a huge role in boosting entrepreneurship in the country. He praised the show and the other sharks, saying:
“The people here are solving age-old and modern problems while being visionaries. I had a great time learning from @chiragnakrani.official, @anupammittal.me, @namitathapar, @jeet_adani1, and @boatxaman.”
He encouraged aspiring entrepreneurs to take action, saying:
“Don’t just think about your idea, act on it—or someone else will!”
