Television actor Nitin Chauhaan, known for his roles in MTV Splitsvilla 5 and Dadagiri 2, has sadly passed away at the age of 35. He died on Thursday, November 7, in Mumbai, leaving his friends, family, and fans in deep shock. Originally from Aligarh, UP, Nitin had gained fame by appearing on popular shows like Zindagi Dot Com, Crime Patrol, and others.
According to India Today, Nitin’s co-stars, Sudeep Sahir and Sayantani Ghosh, confirmed the tragic news but didn’t provide more details on his sudden death.
Sudeep Sahir, a close friend, shared Nitin’s photo on Instagram, writing, “Rest in peace buddy.” Another co-star, Vibhuti Thakur, expressed her sadness, hinting that Nitin struggled with personal issues. She wrote, “Rest in peace, my dear… really shocked and sad.. wish you had the strength to face all the troubles… wish you were as mentally strong as you were physically.”
More details about Nitin’s passing are awaited. His father has reportedly traveled to Mumbai from UP to take care of his son’s final rites.
Nitin was last seen in the TV show Tera Yaar Hoon Main, where he acted alongside Sudeep Sahir, Sayantani Ghosh, and Ansh Sinha. He was also known for his roles in shows like Friends: Conditions Apply and Gumrah: End of Innocence.
