Neha Bhasin Criticizes Male Rappers for Offensive Lyrics About Women
Singer Neha Bhasin, known for her time on Bigg Boss OTT, recently took to social media to express her anger over some male rappers and singers. Without naming anyone, Neha called them out for using disrespectful lyrics about women in their songs. She also pointed out that these songs are becoming popular, with even children making reels on such inappropriate content.

On Instagram, Neha wrote, “I am so fed up with below-average male rappers and wannabe singers calling women weird stuff in their songs. And all Indian men and women are okay with it. Is there no limit to the hypocrisy of sexism in India? When a boy does it, he’s a dude. When a girl does it, she has a bad character.”
In her caption, she added, “I don’t have a cage I want to open. I am not ‘doodh malai,’ and I’m certainly not a ‘banta ki bottle.’ Grow up already.”
Speaking Out on Double Standards
Neha also commented on how society is quick to judge women for their clothing choices, calling it a threat to Indian culture. At the same time, the same people allow children to dance to demeaning lyrics just because the songs are trending. She expressed her frustration, saying, “Come on, this is just hypocrisy.”

Recently, Neha opened up about dealing with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) since her teenage years. She also revealed that she was diagnosed with low progesterone levels in 2022, which made her condition worse. Despite trying to manage it without medication, her health struggles increased in 2024.
