Nikki Tamboli Calls Gaurav Khanna “Insecure” on Celebrity MasterChef – Here’s What Happened

The latest episode of Celebrity MasterChef was packed with drama as Nikki Tamboli and Gaurav Khanna got into a heated argument. The disagreement started over the time allocation for a challenge, leading Nikki to call Gaurav an “insecure boy, not even a man.”

The Challenge That Sparked the Fight

On March 21, the contestants were given 20 minutes to prepare their favorite Delhi-style chaat. The best dishes would earn an advantage in the next round.

Gaurav Khanna and Archana Gautam impressed the judges Farah Khan, Kunal Kapur, and Ranveer Brar with their delicious tokri chaat and alu tikki chaat. As a reward, they were given the power to decide the preparation time for the next dish.

Gaurav and Archana made the following choices:
✔ 120 minutes for themselves
✔ 100 minutes for Tejasswi Prakash and Usha Nadkarni
✔ 90 minutes for Nikki Tamboli and Rajiv Adatia

Nikki Gets Angry at Gaurav’s Decision

Nikki was furious when she realized Gaurav had given her less time than others. She felt it was unfair and accused him of doing it because he was insecure.

Gaurav explained his decision, saying,

“Nikki has the immunity pin, and she is very competitive. That’s why I gave her less time.”

However, Nikki didn’t accept this reason and snapped back,

“It’s not about the immunity pin. It’s high time Gaurav should accept that he’s an insecure boy, not even a man.”

Gaurav smiled at her comment and sarcastically responded,

“Not even a man? She checked it.”

This further irritated Nikki, and she tried to continue speaking. But Gaurav shut her down, saying,

“You have 90 minutes. Do whatever you want to do.”

At this point, Rajiv Adatia tried to calm the situation by saying, “Don’t say insecure.”

But Gaurav didn’t hold back. He fired back at Nikki, saying,

“Let her say whatever she wants. It shows her mentality.”

The Competition Heats Up

With the finale approaching, the competition is getting tougher. Right now, all contestants except Faisal Shaikh are wearing black aprons, meaning they need to prove themselves to win back the white apron.

Celebrity MasterChef streams on Sony LIV at 8 PM, Monday to Friday. With all the tension and rivalry, the upcoming episodes are sure to bring even more drama!
