Does Palak Tiwari Feel Pressured by Ibrahim Ali Khan, Suhana Khan, and Ananya Panday’s Performances? Here’s What She Said
Palak Tiwari, daughter of popular TV actress Shweta Tiwari, made her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Since then, she has built a name for herself and gained a lot of attention. Recently, she starred in The Bhootnii alongside Sanjay Dutt. As Palak started her film journey around the same time as star kids like Ibrahim Ali Khan, Suhana Khan, and Ananya Panday, many wonder—does she feel pressured by their performances?
Palak Opens Up About Pressure in the Industry
In a recent interview with Mashable India, Palak was asked whether she feels pressure being compared to other young actors like Suhana, Ananya, and Ibrahim.
She answered honestly, saying,
“I think most people try to put pressure on me because of my mom. But I really try not to let it get to me. If you work while feeling stressed, your work won’t turn out well anyway—so what’s the point of stressing over it?”
Palak believes that staying relaxed helps her do better work, and she avoids overthinking about what others are doing.
Acting Feels Like Therapy to Her
Palak also shared how special acting is to her. She said it feels like therapy and brings her peace and happiness. Acting has been her dream since she was a child, and just standing in front of the camera makes her feel truly joyful.
“This is the happiest moment of my life,” she said.
“My dream has come true—so why should I worry about others?”
She Respects Her Fellow Actors
Palak had kind words for her fellow newcomers. She called them “sweet” and admitted that being young and trying to make a name in Bollywood is not easy. She respects that they, too, are working hard and facing challenges.
Her Latest Film: The Bhootnii
On the work front, Palak was recently seen in the supernatural love story The Bhootnii. She played Ananya, a girl who becomes possessed by a spirit. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Mouni Roy, Sunny Singh, and Aasif Khan, and was directed by Sidhaant Sachdev. It released in theatres on May 1.
Palak Tiwari is carving her own path in Bollywood, with a calm mindset and a deep love for acting. She’s focused on her journey—and not letting comparisons slow her down.
