The White Lotus actor Patrick Schwarzenegger recently shared a hilarious story about fans sending him money on Venmo after seeing him on the show.
In Season 3 of the hit HBO series, Patrick played the character Saxon Ratliff. While enjoying the fame from his role, he sat down for an interview with People Magazine alongside his co-star Aimee Lou Wood. During the chat, Patrick revealed that many fans actually sent him money online just because they liked his character so much.
Fans Sent Him Money – But He Sent It Back
“It wasn’t just one or two people. A lot of fans sent me money on Venmo while episodes were airing,” Patrick said, laughing. He quickly added, “Don’t worry, I sent it all back. But it was really funny!”
He also said he had shared the incident in the group chat with the rest of the White Lotus cast. It definitely gave everyone a good laugh.
Aimee Lou Wood Talks About Her Coconut Obsession
While Aimee Lou Wood couldn’t relate to getting money from fans, she shared her own funny story. While filming in Thailand for The White Lotus Season 3, she became completely hooked on drinking coconuts.
“I just couldn’t stop drinking them,” she said. “I absolutely loved them! I think I was overly hydrated.”
A Close Bond on Set
Both actors also talked about how much they enjoyed working together on the show. They said they became good friends during filming and are looking forward to working together again in the future.
