Pattth OTT Release: When & Where You Can Watch Ashik Safiya Aboobakker’s Award-Winning Malayalam Film Online
The much-talked-about Malayalam film Pattth is finally set to release on an OTT platform. After receiving high praise during its premiere at the International Film Festival of Kerala in 2024, the movie is skipping theatres and heading straight to digital streaming.
When and Where to Watch Pattth Online
Pattth will start streaming on Manorama Max from June 6, 2025. The platform confirmed the news on Instagram by sharing the film’s poster with the caption:
“Pattth | From June 6 | manoramaMAX. Written & Directed by Jithin Issac Thomas.”
What Pattth Is About
The story follows Unni, a struggling videographer who’s trying to earn a living. One day, he’s hired to edit a travel vlog that includes a rare tribal song sung by a group of Kenyan natives.
Things take a strange turn when Unni’s grandmother hears the song and instantly recognizes it—she even starts humming it as if she already knew it.
When Unni posts a video of his grandmother singing the tune, something shocking happens: lots of people claim they also know the song by heart.
Unni and his girlfriend Anupama then set out on a journey across the country to uncover the mysterious link between the song, his grandmother, and the many people who seem to know it too.

The movie stars Ashik Safiya Aboobakker and Gauthami Lekshmi Gopan in important roles. It is written and directed by Jithin Issac Thomas, with music by Milan VS. The film is produced by Able Joseph and Nithyan Martin.
