Samarthya Gupta Speaks Out on Cheating Allegations: ‘I’m Being Used as a Scapegoat’
Actor Samarthya Gupta has finally reacted to the shocking cheating allegations involving his Apollena co-star Aditi Sharma. Recently, Aditi’s husband, Abhineet Kaushik, accused her of having an affair with Samarthya, but now, the actor has spoken up, saying he is deeply hurt by the accusations.
Samarthya Gupta Denies Affair
Samarthya addressed the rumors, saying he shares a good friendship with Aditi and nothing more. “Honestly, I’m being used as a scapegoat. Public figures are easy targets, and this has deeply hurt me and my family,” he stated. Currently, he is in his hometown, where his parents are receiving distressing calls because of the controversy.
Aditi’s Emotional Struggles on Set
Samarthya also spoke about Aditi’s emotional struggles, revealing that she would often break down in tears on set. Even their creative team witnessed her distress. According to him, Aditi confided in them about her troubled marriage. “Her husband even came to the set and traumatized her,” he added.
Abhineet’s Unexpected Visit to Samarthya’s Makeup Room
Recounting an unsettling incident, Samarthya revealed that Abhineet entered his makeup room without permission on his birthday. “He came in uninvited, saying he was Aditi’s husband,” Samarthya recalled, admitting that at the time, he was unaware of their marriage. Though Abhineet wanted to talk, Samarthya was too exhausted to engage in a conversation.
Claims of Control and Disrespect
Samarthya further accused Abhineet of trying to control Aditi’s life. “She is a professional actress, and she deserves respect. You cannot take ownership of someone’s life like that,” he said.
He also shared another disturbing incident where Abhineet disrespected Aditi’s mother. Samarthya recalled that during a dinner gathering at Aditi’s home, Abhineet barged in and demanded that he leave, behaving rudely. “He even shouted at Aditi’s mother, which is completely unacceptable,” Samarthya stated.
Aditi Sharma Yet to Respond
Aditi Sharma, who was last seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, has not yet addressed the rumors surrounding her secret marriage, divorce, or the alleged affair. Fans are now eagerly waiting for her response.
