Shark Tank India 4: Vineeta Singh Leads Empowering Deal, Secures Double the Asking Amount

Shark Tank India 4: Vineeta Singh Thanks Founders for Helping Women, Pitchers Secure Double the Deal!

The latest episode of Shark Tank India 4 (February 18) featured three exciting pitches, but one stood out the most. It was a business started by three men who are solving a problem that affects women everywhere—menstruation.

A Unique Pitch That Impressed Everyone

A company called HealthFab, founded by three men from different parts of India, entered the tank with their innovative product—period panties. Their goal is to make periods more comfortable and reduce the need for frequent pad changes. They asked for Rs 1 crore in exchange for 3% equity.

After watching their product demo, Vineeta Singh was deeply moved. She folded her hands and said,

🗣️ “Thank you, bhai, on behalf of all women. You are doing a great job.”

Sharks Question the Pitchers

The Sharks asked about their market size, competition, and sales. The founders admitted that there are other brands in the market but confidently said their quality is unmatched. Their sales figures over the past five years impressed the panel.

Curious about why they hadn’t appeared earlier, Aman Gupta asked,

🗣️ “Why didn’t you come to Shark Tank India in the previous seasons?”

The pitchers revealed they had applied for Season 3 but couldn’t get in.

The Sharks Make Their Offers

Vineeta Singh was the first to make an offer—
💰 Rs 50 lakhs for 1.75% equity + Rs 50 lakhs as debt at 9% interest.

Peyush Bansal appreciated their humility and vision and offered them exactly what they asked—
💰 Rs 1 crore for 3% equity.

Namita Thapar backed out but gave helpful feedback.

Aman Gupta liked the idea and teamed up with Vineeta to offer—
💰 Rs 1 crore for 3% equity.

Anupam Mittal initially held back but believed in the company’s global potential. Later, when Aman invited him to join, he decided to increase the deal amount.

The Final Deal: Double the Original Offer!

After some discussion, the founders requested all four Sharks to come together. Anupam Mittal then made the final offer—

💰 Rs 2 crores for 7% equity.

The pitchers happily accepted the deal, securing double the amount they originally asked for! 🎉
