The challenge is the well-known MasterChef “taste test,” where contestants have to taste a dish and identify the ingredients.
Tejasswi Prakash recalls that she had previously lost in a taste test while trying to guess ingredients, making her nervous about this round. Meanwhile, Vikas Khanna reveals that the dish has 50 ingredients, shocking the contestants. While Nikki Tamboli struggles with her guesses, Rajiv Adatia confidently claims he can taste multiple ingredients.
Tejasswi vs. Gaurav—The Heated Argument
As the contestants take turns guessing, things get tense between Tejasswi Prakash and Gaurav Khanna.
- Gaurav suggests that Tejasswi should have started with easier guesses in the first few rounds.
- Tejasswi, feeling annoyed, responds, “Of course, I started easy. Am I stupid or what?”
- Gaurav then explains his logic, saying, “There are 5 contestants. The first person has a 100% chance of getting it right, but the last person only has a 20% chance. It’s basic math.”
