Why Did Tejasswi Prakash Say, ‘Apna kaam nikalvane ke liye gadhe ko baap banana padta hai’ on Celebrity MasterChef?
In a recent episode of Celebrity MasterChef, things got tense between Tejasswi Prakash and Nikki Tamboli when Nikki refused to help Tejasswi with her dish. Here’s what happened!
A Tough Cooking Challenge
As Celebrity MasterChef moves closer to its finale, the competition is getting intense. In a recent episode, the contestants faced a unique challenge—they had to swap their dishes with their partners and complete each other’s dishes. This unexpected twist was announced midway through the cooking, leaving everyone shocked. They had only one minute to hand over their dishes and start working on the new one.
Tejasswi’s Request & Nikki’s Refusal
When Tejasswi took over Nikki’s dish, she felt it was too simple and wanted to add prawns to make it better. She asked Nikki to give her just two prawns, but Nikki refused, saying, “Now this is my dish; I can’t help you.”
Taking advantage of the situation, Nikki made a deal—she would give Tejasswi prawns only if Tejasswi washed her utensils. Nikki had earlier complained that she had just gotten a manicure and didn’t want to wash utensils.
Tejasswi’s Sarcastic Comment
Left with no choice, Tejasswi agreed to wash the utensils. While doing so, she jokingly said,
“Apna kaam nikalvane ke liye gadhe ko baap banana padta hai, kya karein?”
(Translation: To get your work done, sometimes you have to make a donkey your father. What can we do?)
After finishing the task, Tejasswi took three prawns instead of two, making everyone laugh.
