EXCLUSIVE: Nikita Luther Says “Apoorva Mukhija Starts Fights,” Supports Uorfi Javed, Reveals Shocking Details
The new reality show The Traitors is already full of drama! Contestants Uorfi Javed and Apoorva Mukhija, who started as friends, are now not getting along — both on and off the show. In an exclusive chat with Pinkvilla, fellow contestant Nikita Luther opened up about their fight and shared some eye-opening details.
Nikita Luther Talks About Uorfi and Apoorva’s Fight
When asked about the real story behind Uorfi and Apoorva’s rivalry, Nikita said the fight is not fake — it’s very real. According to her, Apoorva is the one who keeps starting arguments.
She added, “There are things that happened behind the scenes which weren’t shown. Apoorva hasn’t said anything nice about anyone. Throughout the show, she kept throwing digs at other contestants. She’s the one starting trouble, while Uorfi is mostly just reacting.”
Why Nikita Thinks Elnaaz Norouzi Played Dirty
Nikita also spoke about being evicted in the very first episode. When asked who played a “dirty” game, she pointed fingers at Elnaaz Norouzi. Nikita was shocked when Elnaaz voted her out — especially because they had barely spoken.
“She didn’t even know my name properly,” Nikita said. “We didn’t get time to interact at all.”
Nikita guessed that Elnaaz might have felt insecure or intimidated. “Maybe she thought I had strong strategy skills since I’m a poker player. That could have scared her. Or maybe she just wanted to play it safe and eliminate someone from outside the entertainment world.”
She continued, “Either way, I think it was a mistake. But I’ve made a comeback and I’m coming back stronger!”
Who Deserved to Stay?
When asked which evicted contestants deserved to stay in the game, Nikita named Raj Kundra and Lakshmi. She felt both had real potential to go far on the show.
The first three episodes of The Traitors premiered on June 12 on Prime Video.
