The June 10 episode of The Young and the Restless was filled with strong emotions, surprises, and growing tension as everyone prepares for the big Dumas event in France.
Damian’s Gift Brings Back Memories for Lily
At Crimson Lights, Damian gave Lily a touching gift — a book about jazz history. He said it reminded him of her stories about her late father, Neil. Lily got emotional because that exact book used to be one of Neil’s favorites, but it had been lost for years.
The gift brought back warm memories. Lily thanked Damian and said she sometimes feels her father’s presence, especially in tough moments. She also mentioned that her brothers were thinking about bringing Holden into the family business, but Damian admitted he didn’t feel comfortable working with Holden just yet.
Things took a tense turn when Holden overheard Damian’s doubts. Hurt and upset, Holden said Damian had let him down and ended their friendship. Lily tried to calm things down, but Holden walked away. Damian later told Lily he regretted how things ended and realized he hadn’t appreciated Holden enough. Lily advised him to speak honestly if he wanted to fix things.
Audra’s Bold Move While Victor Keeps Watch
At the Club, Audra gave Victor an update on her work with Vibrante and mentioned her plan to involve Kyle Abbott. Victor reminded her that he expected results if she wanted his continued support.
Holden also warned Audra not to get too involved in the Newman-Abbott family drama. Their tense conversation was quietly observed by Victor, who was clearly testing her loyalty.
Audra later shared her idea with Kyle — a perfume competition at the Dumas party in France. Kyle didn’t seem convinced, but Audra pushed it as a way to create a buzz. When he turned her down, Victor told her she needed to try harder or she could lose everything.
Trouble Brews Over the Dumas Party
At the Abbott house, Jack and Kyle discussed Aristotle Dumas’ growing interest in Genoa City. Diane came home after shopping for their France trip, and the three agreed that attending the Dumas party could help them figure out what he really wants. Jack warned that Victor might be using the situation to serve his own agenda.
Later, Jack and Diane ran into Victor at the Club. Victor warned them that they were just pieces in a bigger game. Jack, however, believed Dumas had plans of his own, and things got tense between the longtime rivals.
