It Messes With Your Mind”: Pavitra Rishta Star Usha Nadkarni Calls Bigg Boss Marathi Her Biggest Mistake
Veteran actress Usha Nadkarni, best known for her role as Savita in the popular TV show Pavitra Rishta, opened up about her experience on Bigg Boss Marathi Season 1. In a recent chat with Pinkvilla, the actress called it one of the worst decisions of her career and said the show had a serious impact on her mental well-being.
Usha shared that she had a difficult and disturbing time during the show. Talking about those 77 days inside the Bigg Boss house, she said, “I went crazy during those 77 days. It messes with your mind. I don’t know about others, but it definitely affected me.”
She recalled how strange everything felt when she returned home after the show. “As soon as I got home and my brother opened the door, I asked him, ‘Why does the hall look smaller?’ He said, ‘You’ve just returned from a big house, so everything here seems small now.’”
Usha also revealed that she forgot simple things, like her phone number and how to dial a call. “I had forgotten everything,” she said. “There’s no connection with the outside world inside that house, and it really messes with your memory.”
She didn’t hold back in describing how stressful the experience was. “Everyone goes a little mad in that house. My experience was very bad. If they ever ask me to go again, I’ll simply fold my hands and say no,” she added.
In the same interview, Usha also spoke fondly about her time on Pavitra Rishta, gave a quick tour of her home, and opened up about her personal struggles.
On the work front, Usha Nadkarni was last seen on the popular cooking reality show Celebrity MasterChef.
