Virginia Giuffre’s Family: Does She Have Kids with Husband?

Does Virginia Giuffre Have Children? Learn About the Family of the Woman Who Accused Prince Andrew

Trigger Warning: This article talks about suicide, death, and sexual abuse.

People around the world were shocked to hear that Virginia Giuffre, who had accused Prince Andrew, Jeffrey Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell of sexual abuse, has passed away by suicide, according to reports.

After her death, many people started wondering about her family — especially because just a month ago, Virginia had spoken about her children, saying they were “poisoned with lies.”

Virginia married Robert Giuffre in 2002. According to Hollywood Life, the couple separated in early 2025. The reason for their split is not known yet.

Virginia often posted photos with her husband on Instagram. In December 2023, she shared a post celebrating their 21st wedding anniversary. In the post, she mentioned that Robert had “rescued” her from “Epstein and Maxwell’s clutches.”

According to reports, Virginia and Robert had three children together. They mostly kept their children’s identities private. However, about a month before her death, Virginia posted several photos that included her kids.

The caption of that post was emotional. Virginia wrote, “My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies. I miss them so very much. I have been through hell & back in my 41 years but this is hurting me worse than anything else.”
She also added, “Hurt me, abuse me, but don’t take my babies. My heart is shattered and every day my sadness only grows.”

After her death, Virginia’s family shared a statement with NBC News. They said, “It is with utterly broken hearts that we announce that Virginia passed away last night at her farm in Western Australia.”
The family added, “She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.”

They also called Virginia “a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking” and said she was “the light that lifted so many survivors.” Sadly, they said, “the weight of the abuse became too heavy for her to carry.”
