“Other than the coffee, there is no favoritism. He does everything just like everyone else.”
2. Vivian’s Relationship with Karan Veer Mehra
Vivian has been seen having a soft corner for Karan Veer Mehra. When asked if this bond still holds, Nouran admitted:
“It’s confusing. Vivian is an emotional person. Knowing him for so long, I understand his reaction came from feeling hurt.”

Nouran also opened up about facing trolls, especially as a mother. She explained:
“At first, it really bothered me. But now, I can handle it. People have started to understand me better, so I don’t get as much hate anymore. As for my daughters, I keep them completely away from this. They only watch what I allow if they miss their dad. Other than that, they’re shielded from all the drama.”

When asked if Shilpa Shirodkar played the victim card after her fallout with Vivian during nominations, Nouran didn’t hold back:
