Fawad Khan is famous not just in Pakistan, but also in India. Once, he appeared on Amitabh Bachchan’s show Kaun Banega Crorepati to promote his movie Khoobsurat. What many didn’t know is that Fawad is also a talented singer. When Amitabh Bachchan asked him to sing, Fawad shyly admitted, “I’m a huge fan of yours, Mr. Bachchan.” Even though he apologized for possibly not meeting expectations, Fawad sang a beautiful version of Amitabh’s popular song Dilbar.

This action-thriller was supposed to release in 2022, but it will now hit Indian screens on October 2, 2024. The film is directed by Bilal Lashari and features Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malik, and Saima Baloch in important roles. The story is about a hero, Maula Jatt (played by Fawad Khan), and his battles with a gang leader named Noori Natt (played by Hamza Ali Abbasi).
In a recent interview, Fawad Khan expressed his gratitude to his fans. He said, “I’m very thankful to my fans who have waited for me. I’m sorry for making them wait, but it wasn’t in my control. I believe everything happens at the right time. People say, ‘absence makes the heart grow fonder,’ but there’s also a saying, ‘out of sight, out of mind,’ which can be true too.”
