Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update – June 9, 2025: Maira Causes Trouble, Armaan Comforts Abhira
In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan wants to visit the Poddar mansion to meet his family but isn’t able to go. Meanwhile, Abhira becomes emotional as she remembers her past.
Armaan and Abhira’s Emotional Moments
Armaan saves Geetanjali from falling, and Anshuman catches Abhira in time when she trips. At the same time, Kaveri and Vidya are happy because people are buying sarees at their stall. Maira comes to their stall to say sorry to Kaveri and Vidya, but since it’s very crowded, she leaves and plans to apologize again after her performance.
Kajal and Manisha decide to visit the cultural fair to support Abhira. Kajal feels nervous about seeing Krish, but Manisha encourages her. They also plan to bring a gift for Kaveri. On the other side, Tanya convinces Krish to go with her to the fair.
Maira’s Mistake Causes Trouble
Suddenly, customers start complaining to Kaveri and Vidya about ants biting them while trying on sarees. Everyone leaves their stall in anger. Abhira comes and asks what happened. Kaveri and Vidya tell her that ants have ruined the sarees.
A customer tells them that a little girl dropped ice cream near the sarees. When they describe the girl, Kaveri and Vidya realize it was Maira. Abhira becomes upset and finds Maira at the fair. She scolds Maira and asks her to call her parents.
Geetanjali Gets Angry, Armaan Misses Abhira
Geetanjali hears Abhira scolding Maira and gets angry. Abhira explains what happened, and Geetanjali understands Maira’s mistake. Maira becomes emotional and says she was only trying to stop the fight. She calls Abhira “bad,” which hurts Abhira and reminds her of her past, especially losing Pookie and Armaan questioning her as a mother.
Maira says sorry, but Abhira runs away, feeling heartbroken. Maira tries to find her but fails. She then requests Geetanjali not to tell Armaan about this until after her performance.
Meanwhile, Armaan sees a newspaper photo of the Poddar family. He feels everyone, including Abhira, is happy without him. Missing her deeply, he decides to visit the Poddar house without informing anyone.
Abhira Cries, Armaan Tries to Help
As Armaan is about to leave, he hears someone crying behind a curtain. It’s Abhira, but he doesn’t see her face. He gently offers his handkerchief. Abhira takes it and notices an “A” on it, guessing it belongs to Armaan. But when she looks, she sees Anshuman standing there instead.
Just then, Maira tells Armaan her performance is next. Armaan and Geetanjali watch her perform. When someone criticizes Maira, Armaan gets angry, but Geetanjali stops him. Maira wants to win the contest, but Armaan explains that it’s more important to participate and try your best.
Kajal and Manisha Face the Past
Kajal and Manisha meet Vidya and Kaveri. Vidya is still hurt by how Krish insulted them. Kajal apologizes, and though Vidya is upset, she slowly softens as Manisha and Kajal try to make peace.
Anshuman asks Abhira what’s bothering her, but she keeps it to herself. The episode ends on an emotional note.
