In an exciting twist, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai brings back Abhir, the son of Akshara and Abhimanyu. But his return to the Goenka family isn’t all happy. Abhir is upset with Manish Goenka for abandoning him and his mother in the past.
Abhir, who had left the Goenka house as a child with his mother Akshara after Arohi’s accident, is returning to the ongoing 4th generation of the show. Earlier, the storyline suggested that Abhir and his grandfather Abhimanyu had passed away. However, it seems the makers have planned a surprising twist.
In a recent promo, Abhir is seen crossing paths with the Goenka family again. The scene shows Abhira, Armaan, Manish, and Swarna taking BSP for his first vaccination. On the way, their car crashes into a jeep. Abhira gets out to confront the driver, but Armaan and Manish try to calm him down.
In the middle of the chaos, Abhir recognizes Manish and Swarna. He confronts them, saying Manish has no right to give lectures about family when he couldn’t take care of his own. Manish is left confused by Abhir’s words.
Just a few days ago, viewers saw Manish telling Swarna that only a brother can resolve the differences between sisters Abhira and Ruhi. Fans began speculating that Abhir might return to the show. Now, the big question is how Abhira will react when she learns that Abhir is her brother.
