Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update, Jan 26: Goenkas and Poddars Learn About Abhir and Charu’s Love
In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhir reveals his love for Charu in front of the Goenka and Poddar families, and their reactions are surprising.
The episode begins with Abhira noticing RK giving money to the hospital for his mother’s care. When RK falls short of cash, Abhira leaves some money on the table, which RK later notices.
At the Poddar home, Vidya is looking for Armaan. Kaveri tells her that Armaan has gone to the hospital to pick up some reports. Vidya expresses frustration, saying that because of Abhira, people are talking about their family.
Manisha enters with Kiara, and Charu comes in with Kajal. Kiara tells Kaveri that she is in love with Abhir and wants to marry him. Charu is shocked and doesn’t say anything. Kaveri is upset and slaps Kiara.
Sanjay makes a comment, blaming Manoj for being a bad influence on his children. Manisha tells Kaveri that she tried to talk to Kiara, but Kiara is determined to marry Abhir. Kaveri asks Kiara to think about Vidya, who is suffering because of Abhir, but Kiara says she’s made up her mind and won’t listen to anyone.
Abhira and RK have a conversation about RK’s mother. Abhira learns that the woman RK is caring for is not his mother but someone who has been separated from her son. Abhira is touched by RK’s kindness.
Abhira admits that she had come to return RK’s files because she didn’t want to work with him, but now she agrees to work with him under certain conditions. They will not give cases to anyone else, they will fight and win, and Abhira should get more money from each case. Armaan sees them together and wonders what’s going on between them.
Manish shows the reports to his family and says everything looks normal. Abhir encourages him to eat a kachori. However, Manish feels something is off. Abhir then tells everyone that he’s in love and has decided to get married. Abhira is excited and hugs him.
When the Goenkas ask him who the girl is, Kaveri enters with the Poddar family. Kaveri accuses Abhir of misleading a young girl and playing with her feelings. Manoj also criticizes him for ruining the girl’s life. Charu looks at Abhir and cries.
Abhir stands firm and says they cannot scare him. He loves Charu and wants to marry her. Sanjay questions how Abhir can support the girl he wants to marry when he can’t even stand on his own. Abhira tells him to stay in his limits.
Abhir finally admits that he loves Charu and wants to marry her. Charu smiles at him. Kaveri asks about Kiara, and Abhir says that Kiara is his fan, a well-wisher, and the sister of the girl he plans to marry.
Meanwhile, Kiara is upset and asks Armaan to convince Kaveri to allow her to marry Abhir. The episode ends with this tension.
