Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update, March 18: Vidya’s Decision to Meet Armaan Creates Chaos; Shivani Steps In
Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai was full of drama and emotions. Kaveri insults Abhira and reminds her that she can never become a mother, leaving her heartbroken. But Armaan and Shivani stand by Abhira, supporting her against Kaveri’s harsh words.
Kaveri Stops Vidya from Meeting Armaan
The episode starts with Kaveri looking for Vidya, while Rohit tries to keep her away. But soon, Kaveri sees Vidya and Armaan together. Madhav tries to convince her to let them talk, but Kaveri refuses. She insists that Armaan should be the one to apologize, not Vidya. She even calls Armaan selfish, but Madhav reminds her that she has also used Armaan for her own benefit before. Kaveri, angry, decides to confront Vidya.
Before she can do so, Abhira stops her, saying Kaveri has no right to interfere. She also accuses Kaveri of never being a good mother to Madhav. This enrages Kaveri, who mocks Abhira for not being able to have children. She questions Abhira’s worth as a mother.
Armaan Confronts Kaveri
Shivani defends Abhira, but Kaveri insults them both. Abhira warns Kaveri not to drag Shivani into their issues. However, Kaveri blames Abhira for distracting Armaan and even claims that Abhira is the reason Armaan cannot become a father.
Hearing this, Armaan gets furious. He confronts Kaveri and asks her why she is being so cruel. Kaveri coldly replies, asking him, “If this is truly your family, then where is your child?”
Armaan is deeply hurt. He starts questioning his place in the Poddar family. Unable to take it anymore, he takes Abhira and Shivani away.
Vidya and Madhav’s Argument
Meanwhile, Manish criticizes Kaveri for being so heartless, but Kaveri blames Abhira for breaking the family.
Vidya defends Abhira, saying she has always tried to bring the family together. She also accuses Kaveri of stopping her from apologizing to Armaan. Madhav tells Vidya that her realization has come too late. Vidya, however, argues that it is Kaveri’s pride that is ruining everything.
Abhira’s Loved Ones Cheer Her Up
After hearing Kaveri’s hurtful words, Armaan is frustrated and lost in thought. Shivani comforts him, feeling guilty for bringing up the topic of children. Armaan and Shivani promise to always stand by Abhira.
Meanwhile, Abhira breaks down, but her loved ones try to lift her spirits. Manish, Manisha, Aryan, Krish, Abhir, Kiara, and Swarna all come together to support her.
Manish and Manisha decide to cook, while Armaan and Rohit take over washing dishes.
Abhira Helps Ruhi with Daksh
Just then, Daksh starts crying, and Ruhi struggles to calm him down. Seeing this, Abhira steps in and realizes that Daksh is feeling too hot. She helps soothe him, and Ruhi is touched by her kindness.
