The Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is becoming more interesting with each episode. The current storyline focuses on Vidya being upset with Armaan and Abhira. She doesn’t support their marriage after it was revealed that Abhira will not be able to have children. In the upcoming episodes, there will be a major twist as the family connection between Abhira and Ruhi is revealed.
According to the new promo of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira and Ruhi finally have a conversation. They decide to set aside their differences and become friends. However, things take a turn when Sanjay discovers that Abhira is actually Akshara and Abhinav’s child. Ruhi has always disliked Akshara, and if she finds out that Abhira is her daughter, her resentment might return.
In case you’re new to the show, in the previous generation of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara (played by Pranali Rathod) and Aarohi were sisters. Akshara was the daughter of Naira and Kartik, while Aarohi was the daughter of Sirat and Kartik. Aarohi blamed Akshara for their mother’s death, which led to years of animosity.
Later, Akshara was also held responsible for Aarohi’s death. This caused Aarohi’s daughter, Ruhi, to develop a strong dislike for Akshara. Now, with the revelation that Abhira (played by Samriddhi Shukla) is Akshara’s daughter, old wounds may reopen for Ruhi. The painful memories of her mother’s death could lead Ruhi to resent Abhira again.
The current track also touches on Ruhi’s pregnancy, adding another layer of complexity to the story.
