Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update, January 29: Vidya Insults Abhira for Moving On—Will Armaan React?
In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira faces humiliation from Vidya for trying to move on. But will Armaan say something in her defense? Let’s find out.
Abhira Struggles with Her Career and Emotions
The episode starts with Abhira trying to get her bar council license reinstated. When she calls for an update, she is told to check back later. Frustrated, she feels like everything in her life is stuck—her career isn’t moving forward, and her brother Abhir isn’t getting the love he deserves.
As she sits alone, she imagines Armaan appearing in her room, asking her to come back to his house. But Abhira refuses, saying she wants to stay with Manisha and Abhir. In this dream, Armaan admits he doesn’t feel good without her, but Abhira pushes him away. Suddenly, she snaps back to reality and realizes that even though Armaan only seems to yell at her these days, she still misses him.
RK and Abhira Cross Paths
Meanwhile, RK is recording a video with a Paris backdrop when Abhira arrives. RK asks her why she’s there, and Abhira mentions that she got a new case through Manish. RK tries to continue his filming, but Abhira’s presence distracts him, and he blames her for ruining his focus.
Vidya Lashes Out at Abhira
Elsewhere, Armaan is driving Vidya to the temple. She asks if he is truly happy, but Armaan avoids answering. When she keeps pressing him for an answer, Armaan insists that he is happy with his family.
As they get out of the car, Vidya’s saree gets stuck in the door. Armaan quickly rushes to help her. Abhira notices this and asks RK to assist Vidya, but RK refuses, saying he won’t help Armaan’s mother. Despite Abhira’s persistent insistence, RK maintains his position. Eventually, he agrees to help, but when he reaches her, Armaan refuses his help.
When RK returns, Abhira questions why he didn’t help Vidya. That’s when Vidya lashes out at Abhira, accusing her of moving on too quickly and ruining her own reputation.
RK defends Abhira, but she stops him from arguing further. Instead, Vidya tells Armaan to move on as well. RK cautions Vidya that she has crossed a boundary. Abhira and RK walk away, leaving Vidya and Armaan in shock.
Armaan’s Accident and Abhira’s Dilemma
Later, RK believes that Abhira won’t handle an upcoming meeting well, so he steps in to support her. Meanwhile, Armaan and Abhira reflect on their complicated situation, with Armaan feeling responsible for the tension between Abhira and Vidya.
As RK offers to drop Abhira home, Armaan gets into an accident. Vidya is extremely worried, but Armaan assures her that he is fine.
The episode ends with tension between Armaan, Vidya, Abhira, and RK growing stronger.
